With four decades of experience, Rav has bought and sold hundreds of properties for himself, his family and his friends establishing himself as a real estate expert since starting his career at 16. He is renowned for his expert negotiation skills. As a distinguished real estate educator, Rav has empowered thousands on stages across Canada as well on his national TV show on networks like CityTV, CTV and BNN for over 20 years, guiding viewers through the intricacies of buying and selling, making it simple.
Sam & Océ
Sam brings over five years of real estate expertise to the Greater Toronto Area with a calm, straightforward approach. Defined by patience and respect, he ensures every move is handled with care. As a key member of the Rav Toor team, Sam prioritizes clear communication and smart, low-pressure negotiation. With a Political Science degree from York University, he listens first to tailor strategies to each client’s unique goals. Outside of work, Sam is a devoted family man, excited to be building a life together with his wife and best friend.
Nick & Liv
With a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and care, Nick brings a people-first approach to real estate. Holding degrees in both Organizational Leadership and Psychology, he combines academic excellence with practical insight to guide clients through life’s biggest decisions. Before real estate, Nick played D1 volleyball, ranking 4th in the NCAA for most spikes in a single match, and spent six years in Christian ministry, including starting a thriving church in Florida. Whether on the court, in ministry, or in real estate, Nick is committed to excellence, integrity, and service in every transaction. Nick is married to his beautiful wife Olivia, daughter of Rav and Sinead.
