With a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and care, Nick Smalter brings a people-first approach to real estate. Before real estate, Nick played Division I volleyball at IPFW, ranking 4th in the NCAA for most kills in a single match, and spent six years in ministry, including planting a thriving campus church in Florida.
